I shall give an overview of methods and results regarding the construction on infinite dimensional invariant tori for dispersive PDE's close to an elliptic fixed point. I shall particularly concentrate on questions regarding the minimal regularity of the initial data for which there are invariant maximal tori.
主講人簡(jiǎn)介：
Michela Procesi is a professor in the Department of Mathematics and Physics at Università degli Studi Roma Tre. Her research mainly focuses on nonlinear analysis and dynamic systems, in particular on the study of stable and unstable solutions in hydrodynamics models. She was awarded the XL medal in 2024. The XL medal has been awarded annually since 1868 by the National Academy of Sciences. The Academy was founded in 1782 on the initiative of forty eminent Italian scientists, including Ruggiero Giuseppe Boscovich, Joseph-Louis Lagrange, Lazzaro Spallanzani, Alessandro Volta. Professor Procesi is the second woman, after Professor Maria Agostina Vivaldi in 2016, to be awarded the prestigious award.
